RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
You may return your purchase exclusively in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to sales@fullord.com, and we will be pleased to start the return process.

Upon delivery to our aftersale office, the product will be accurately controlled by our experts. Once they confirm that the product has been returned unused and without any damage we will reimburse you its cost. The delivery to your place will not be reimbursed.

Please note that this return policy is not applicable to the engraved products.
