We remind you that in view of the exceptional nature of our products, the delivery time could be extended to 3 weeks in function on the model.
Please be informed that Fullord is using specialized forwarding agents to deliver your order. The delivery time may vary in function of your location and country. Please also consider the time needed for the preparation of your order and for the accreditation of your payment.
You will receive a confirmation and the corresponding tracking number when your order is being sent.
Please make sure you are present to sign the delivery note of your order to avoid any lack of delivery and related additional costs.
- You have 10 days from reception of the item to return your product.
- Refund will be operated within 14 days from product reception by Fullord
- Only unworn and unused product will be accepted for return
- You can only return products that have been purchased directly from fullord.com
- Keep a proof of return shipment, as no liability will be accepted in case that such proof cannot be produced.
- Upon delivery to our aftersales office, the product will be accurately controlled by our experts. Once they confirm that the product has been returned unused and without any damage we will refund you its cost. The delivery to your place or any other transport costs will not be refunded.
- Please note that this return policy is not applicable to the engraved products.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Send an email to email@example.com
- Use the prepaid return label that you will find in the parcel;
- Include in the delivery package, the product, along with all its accessories, any free items you received as part of your order, the Certificate and all other documents, in their original box;
- Seal the delivery package and affix the prepaid return label to the parcel;
- On the agreed date, our logistics partner will pick-up the sealed package and provide you with a return tracking number which you should keep until the order refund confirmation is received.
