Shipping and returns
We remind you that in view of the exceptional nature of our products, the delivery time could be extended to 3 weeks depending on the model.
Please note that Fullord utilizes specialized forwarding agents to deliver your order. The delivery time may vary depending on your location and country. Also, please take into account the time required for preparing your order and processing your payment.
You will receive a confirmation and the corresponding tracking number when your order is being sent.
Please make sure you are present to sign the delivery note of your order to avoid any lack of delivery and related additional costs.
RETURN POLICY
- You have 10 days from reception of the item to return your product.
- Refund will be operated within 14 days from product reception by Fullord
- Only unworn and unused product will be accepted for return
- You can only return products that have been purchased directly from fullord.com
- Keep a proof of return shipment, as no liability will be accepted in case that such proof cannot be produced.
- Upon delivery to our aftersales office, the product will be accurately controlled by our experts. Once they confirm that the product has been returned unused and without any damage we will refund you its cost. The delivery to your place or any other transport costs will not be refunded.
- Please note that this return policy is not applicable to the engraved products.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
- Send an email to sales@fullord.com
- Use the prepaid return label that you will find in the parcel;
- Include in the delivery package, the product, along with all its accessories, any free items you received as part of your order, the Certificate and all other documents, in their original box;
- Seal the delivery package and affix the prepaid return label to the parcel;
- On the agreed date, our logistics partner will pick-up the sealed package and provide you with a return tracking number which you should keep until the order refund confirmation is received.
